I loved the room for all my bags.

This place is in a great location, within a 10-15 minute walk from an award-winning museum, alongside a stadium and plenty of dining options.

This was an exceptionally comfortable property with a well-maintained pool. The room was cheap & compact together with large TV and open window. Exceptional services were available.

Convenient central location with free parking, an Irish bar, spacious rooms with a comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, with plenty of great eateries and attractions nearby. The staff here were excellent and very helpful. They provided a warm welcome and were always happy to serve me. The room was well appointed and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The on-site car park was convenient and secure, which was a big plus. The hotel also has a lovely swimming pool and a fitness center, perfect for relaxing and staying active during my stay. this place provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family.

Close to town, nice quiet clean comfortable room

The Palmer Collective is located in a vibrant area with easy access to the beach, restaurants, attractions, shops, and more. the building and rooms are lovely, making for a charming atmosphere. - It's conveniently close to a local ship museum.

The hotel was comfortable, it had polite staff at a reception desk. I was here for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff here were incredibly lovely and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. They even upgraded our room when there was a temporary issue with the air conditioning. The service was top-notch and truly impeccable.

The size of the room was more than enough for a business trip however if I was holidaying then I would have needed a little more space.

My deluxe king room was stylish for all my bags. The breakfast was warm and delicious and well priced with Eggs Benedict and Efficient free Wi-Fi and grill. The pool was well-maintained and I had complimentary drinks in the Irish bar.

The property's location was excellent with easy access to Palmer Street's restaurants, and there is also a fantastic onsite restaurant and an Irish bar available.

This hotel is a great value for money option. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with useful amenities like a shower curtain and free Wi-Fi included. The location is excellent, with easy access to eateries and shops. The staff are friendly and the breakfast offered is a nice touch.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Not very large rooms

The hotel's location is top and peaceful, next to new stadium, Close to the ferry, and Townsville. Its rooms are great value for money and well-equipped with comfortable beds. We would stay here again, if traveling to Townsville.

Views are not so good.
